I am extremely disappointed with this airline’s service. Without my confirmation, the airline cancelled my flight and reassigned my booking. Furthermore, the customer service representatives were extremely rude and showed no respect for customers.
This kind of unprofessional behaviour and poor customer service is completely unacceptable. I will never book with this third-class airline again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. Communication was extremely poor, and there was a complete lack of transparency regarding fees and charges.

Despite multiple follow-ups through emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, and the application chat, they were still unable to provide a simple invoice. There also appears to be no proper coordination or information sharing between SelfDrive and Diamond Lease.

I returned the car in Abu Dhabi on 24 April 2026, and even after around 12 days, I still have not received my deposit refund. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable customer handling. Due to this experience, I am considering taking legal action against SelfDrive UAE.

I strongly advise others to read customer reviews carefully before renting from them. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their service to anyone.
