Blindster has been an excellent experience as a consumer. I shopped at every online blind maker and ONLY Blindster could make Venetian blinds for my 11” wide windows. I read all the great reviews and am happy to say they are accurate! My order was easy to place, easy to track and arrived well packaged. After assembling and hanging everything I discovered that one blind would not rotate completely and was making a snapping noise when we tried. After placing a call and sending a brief video of the problem, the customer service agent, Frederica, initiated a remake order. No drama, just excellent customer service. I am delighted to find a company that stands behind their product and values their customers.
