New customer as of Feb 26 having moved…

New customer as of Feb 26 having moved over from my BT to save a few £s but despite it being fibre and equal to my previous service the connectivity is shocking as constantly dropping off the WiFi which is far from ideal when you WFH. Numerous calls and assurances but nothing changes. Called this week and ( after buying a booster as well) was told this won’t help and that I needed one of their WiFi meshes. Arrives today and it’s the size of a bloody router and despite getting a discount on the price I’m still having to pay for it within a new 12 month contract. It shouldn’t be required which means their routers are of poor quality. I’m not impressed with Toob at all and may have to consider my options.

Hello Steve,

We provide a great wi-fi router, ideal for most busy households. Such is the nature of wi-fi, some homes (because of their design, materials or other competing frequencies) can sometimes use a helping hand.

A 3rd party 'booster' which doesn't work harmoniously with your router can easily have a negative effect on your usable service. There's also a chance some of your devices are still optimised for your old router.

If you've now purchased complete wi-fi and aren't receiving connectivity in every room, for whatever reason. Please let us know! There's more we can do - one of the many benefits of purchasing this service.

We can't identify you just from this review alone, so we've requested your toob details securely through Trustpilot. Please get in touch. It'll be a pleasure to help you.

Chris

Very poor after sales service

Very poor after sales service
Had an issue and following their advice which went completely wrong they ignored my numerous emails. Business Telephone numbers also do not work either. Seems they are only interested in making an online sale so use at your own risk.
