Poor apology from Argos
Nothing wrong with the product however very unhappy with the delivery service.
Your driver Ste sent a message he would be delivering on 3 minutes.
15 minutes passed then I saw the delivery van. He turned into the close opposit my house and drove past. I then got a message to say it was delivered to a property up the road. I tried ringing him and got no response so sent him a txt asking why he had not delivered to me. Got no response again. This was a heavy item and I am 70 years of age and had to struggle down the road with it. It wasn't even at the property number he quoted. I paid for delivery to MY ADDRESS. His actions are appalling and made no sense. Disgusting delivery service.
