Fantastic service from answering email enquiry, 2 phone calls, to watch being sent 2 days later. Arrived in better condition than I expected (it’s nearly 20 years old). Absolutely recommend.

contrary to website, my watch had not been through a thorough checking process and arrived not correctly functioning, on a tatty old strap. 3 months later it finally returned repaired. Poor communication throughout. I have even given them a week to respond to an email detailing my concern prior to posting this. I would not use them again.

Update:Without addressing any of my concerns they have requested I remove this review!
