I had some reservations after reading a few bad reviews, but I’m happy to say that I had a great experience. Our driver messaged me the day before to introduce himself and confirm the booking for 8am. He arrived 20 minutes early and was very accommodating and courteous, getting us to Heathrow in good time. Car was clean and comfortable too.
