After doing a week rental
After doing a week rental; I decided to do an additional week: returning the rental, I followed the instructions on turu; next thing you know I start getting messages from the host that I did not return the car to the designated drop off location, so that made me go back and look at everything in the app and I was doing everything that was required according to the app, however, I’m getting all these messages from the house that I didn’t return the car to the right location. It’s a bad area mind you it’s the same location where I picked the vehicle up from. Long story short I got charged $54 extra for the tolls I use. I paid it next thing you know I get another message from Toru from the house that now I owe $64 for the tolls. I’ve already paid $54. Why are you going up as I pay. After going back-and-forth with the host they refused to respond to my messages letting them know that I follow everything the app told me to do and still to this day. I have not heard anything from them no response no nothing so just be careful with these people.
