This is a scam - no response from support

This is a scam, I've reached out several times to the support team to request a refund as I was charged twice- and didn’t request the additional package, but i never received a response.
I’m not even able to cancel the subscription online, and I’m not getting any help from support.

Update: Even though they commented saying to check my email for a response, they haven't reached out nor offered a solution to the question. Terrible customer experience

Terrible customer experience

Despite buying ticket protection, I had serious issues getting a voucher for the canceled flight, ultimately it took me 3 months to get a flight booked for roughly half the value that was shared with me.
Very slow responsiveness, and overall bad customer experience.

Dear Anthony, records indicate that the voucher was honored and effectively utilized for a new purchase that has already been flown. We are disheartened to learn that you still have complaints, especially considering that we fulfilled our part of the agreement.

AVOID- still waiting on refund

Made an online purchase for a watch, after which I've been told the watch was not available anymore. I've now been waiting for over 2 weeks for the refund, they don't answer my calls or emails. AVOID them!
