Easy to order, continually updated, pillowcases boxed and lovely presentation. Pillowcases are well made and top quality. Soft and smooth: no skin irritation, no dry patches. Even temperature regulation or moisture wicking: I have no more 'hot sweaty head' even during the winter months. Hair somehow stays in place with no tangles. Best of all, I'm sleeping straight through the night without any of the niggles and irritations that used to be so disruptive. Products: Unibond 360 Pure Moisture Absorber dehumidifier and refills. Plastic, two pieces - top and tank need to be put together; works well as expected. Solid refills are compact, easier to store and replace than models making use of bags of crystals. Easy to order, prompt delivery earlier than expected.

There was a knock on my door and delivery person waited for me to get there and took photo which is great these days of no knocking, running but hopefully leaving the parcel where it can be found - Yodel, you did well!

Ease of ordering, customer service, shipping and delivery couldn't be bettered. Love the 120 denier tights: beautifully made, very stretchy, so comfortable and they fit beautifully. In my haste to order, I didn't scroll down to 'athletic' but saw my mistake at the last moment and very pleased, because I've had none of the gradual 'slide' down my legs.

Beef Bourguignon is absolutely packed to the top of the jar with beef, which is very tender and well flavored. It's one of my favorite 'just throw it in the simmering oven', as it is for friends who were joining me for lunch and it was very pleasing when they all asked where I'd bought such tender beef because post-pandemic even many hours of slow cooking has no significant effect on meat. I considered lying rather than admitting I'd been time-impoverished but I didn't, while silently thinking they too are good cooks and if they thought it was homemade, I can order more and have a much easier life. And it was indeed good, perhaps enhanced by being cooked in small batches?

We all hear horror stories about poor or failed deliveries but our experience of our nice 'Evri Man', and before that our 'Hermes Lady' has always been exceptional in every way - he's so pleasant, polite, helpful and efficient, it's a bonus to see him!

Great as always - only downside is there are so many tempting products on offer, it's often difficult to make a choice.

Email from Symprove on Friday the 18th November that 12 week supply was on it's way; followed by a dpd email Symprove would be delivered Monday the 21st. Symprove arrived on Saturday the 19th, so I hastily finished the last of my unnecessary but delightful chocolate biscuits in one go, before a Sunday morning start of the good-for- me Symprove

Customer service is helpful, friendly, and can't be bettered. Delivery was prompt, efficient and 'with care'. The quality is of the highest standard with perfect gingham carry bags for each item. Washable wool pillow, adjustable: no more waking during the night with a 'sweaty head'; I've removed perhaps a third of the wool (stored in the gingham pillow bag!) which makes the pillow 'just right' for me. Washable duvet, all season: I used to wake frequently to throw the duvet aside because I was damp and overheated; consequently, considered separating the light and medium duvets but decided to leave them combined by poppers and it's true, body temperature is beautifully regulated throughout the night. The mattress topper is exactly what I needed -can't imagine what I was thinking when I bought an orthopedic mattress - but now my bed is so comfy I want to stay in it rather than leap out because it's uncomfortable! The fitted sheets are very deep sided, no struggle to get them on and while initially concerned they weren't 'tight' enough, they're so smooth and silky to sleep on, I immediately bought two more. It truly is the finest bedding for a perfect night's sleep.

As always, delivery prompt; one delivery charge no matter how many items. Items, which I can't find anywhere else, as expected. Thank you Robert Dyas for being there during Covid! Online ordering and delivery are so successful, I'll be tempted to continue shopping online although I've always preferred going in and looking at everything and probably will as we get used to going out with confidence.

Tutti-fruitti was excellent - sadly, Christmas and Boxing Day were cancelled due to Covid so I've been forced to assume the role of Super-Granny - not unwillingly I hasten to add - and have thoroughly enjoyed this 'Tower-of-Delights'!
