My orders are always well packed and arrive expeditiously and more importantly they do work.

I went to the Aldridge shop today at 1pm, one lady was serving with two other women chatting out the back, completely unconcerned about the queue. I gave up in the end and walked out. This wasn't the first time I've experienced poor or no service at Greggs. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I had a fixed term ISA that matured on the 30th of March 2026. A few weeks before, I was contacted and asked what I wanted to do with the account. I asked to renew it for a further year at 3.8% interest. I then started getting online messages asking me what I wanted to do with the maturing account. Twice online I requested a renewal for a fixed term at 3.8%. However today, the 31st of March, on checking my account I notice that it's become an ISA paying less than one per cent. My confidence in Halifax has gone and I'm looking for a new home for my money.

The products are always dispatched promptly, they're packaged well and are excellent value.

E.ON has always been reliable and displays prices, unit rates etc. clearly. I've never had a problem and it's easy to speak to a person instead of a hubot. The only minor irritation I had was my balance is healthily in credit and I couldn't reduce my direct debit without speaking to someone.

This abysmal outfit really does need sorting out. After waiting thirty minutes for a bus to Sutton Coldfield from New Oscott this morning, 14th January, I realised something was amiss because at least three buses should have arrived during this time. By the time I decided to try an alternative route there were about a dozen people waiting at the stop. Later I found out there were roadworks on the route and all the buses had been diverted. Is it beyond this company to inform people about diversions and that some bus stops are not in use? I eventually got to my appointment in Sutton Coldfield albeit 15 minutes late thanks to this abysmal bus company.

What I find useful is that whenever I use my card I get an immediate text confirmation of how much the transaction was.

I've had a Credit Card for a couple of years and I've never had a problem with it. What I particularly like is when I use it I get a confirmation text almost immediately stating where it was used and the amount.

I needed a rear wiper blade for my car. I went to their website but couldn't find one listed, so I tried phoning, an automated voice referred me to the website and cleared the line. I tried phoning again and eventually managed to speak to someone who sounded like he was in Outer Mongolia. He said he couldn't find one and told me to go to a store and see if they had any. The nearest Halfords to me closed some time ago. What an inefficient, hopeless company Halfords is now.

I've been taking a plant sterol supplement for about a year. On my latest blood test my tri glyceride levels have dropped from four point nine to one point four. I have not altered my diet, so I'm quite sure that the plant sterol supplement works.

I had a couple of accounts with NS&I. I had the devil of a job to get my money back, i just want to warn people to look out for the "invited" reviews that give mostly four or five stars. Genuine reviews are usually one or two stars and are far more truthful and critical of NS&I.

Easy to understand and simple to complete the transaction at a reasonable price.

I've been with Lebara for a month. Very good prices and no problems making or receiving calls but my only problem is that I've never been able to get the voicemail working. All I get when I call 121 is a recorded message which says "We are working on it and your voicemail will be activated in the next hours". Sadly, it never does get activated. They've sent me a new sim card and I've tried that but still have the same problem.It's so frustrating!

It would be wonderful if all companies I dealt with were as efficient as Zipvit.
