Chewy's customer service is the best! They always make it right. I love this company. Over the past few years I have called Chewy several times. They pick up the phone with a live person right away. When my dog passed away, I called to see if I could return unopened dog food. They told me to donate it and gave me a refund, then a condolence card came in the mail. I have called them several other times and they always make it right. I now use this company all the time and I'm always satisfied.

Van waiting to take us to airport when we arrived at the parking lot at 5am and promptly took us to the airport. Parking lot appears secure. Had to wait only about 15 minutes at airport for van to pick us up and bring us back to parking.
