7 days to deliver a card!!

I ordered this Birthday card on the 29th June
It cost me £9.98 and i requested it to be delivered on Saturday the 4th July. But it didn’t get delivered until today,2 days after her Birthday.
This is not acceptable when you are offered a date for delivery and the cards cost so much

Very stressful experience

Once the parcel gets to Turkey, there is no clear indication of where it is.
E-global do not answer any e mails, a auto response does not answer my questions.
If you provide international deliveries, the customer needs better service and information from you.
My contract is with you and after ringing your customer services, they don’t even have a phone number.
It all led to a stressful purchase.
