Great product and prices! A bit slower delivery than anticipated but I suspect that was the fault of Royalmail and not the company so allowed a little longer delivery time if you need items quickly.

I purchased a Quorion cash register in Malta from Intercomp in March of 2020. We were in lockdown ( covid restrictions ) for the following 4 months. It was in minimal use for 5 months then unused during the winter months as my business is seasonable. After using it for the following summer it was then turned off for the winter months. Now it doesn’t turn on at all! I contacted Intercomp the seller and was advised they are no longer dealing with this company or its products.
Upon contacting the new ‘agent’ who is the person who sold me the product, I was informed, that the battery was no longer functional and needed replacing. A €30 fee was requested for ‘inspection’ plus battery plus labour and VAT.
I was told the register needed to be plugged in permanently, even though unused for months in the off season!
This is for a cash register used less than 12 months in total and with minimal sales.
My previous cash register lasted 20 years not less than 2!
I would therefore not recommend this brand, company or agent, as I expected a quality product such as this to last longer than it has!

2 weeks after ordering I received a message from you saying order was undeliverable! I then had to reorder from Amazon as it was a requested Christmas gift. Fortunately it arrived on Christmas Eve. Very unusual as I’ve had great previous service from you.

Absolutely terrible UPS agency in Malta.
If you are in quarantine as I have told you are..... at least have the common decency to inform your customers why their packages are held up or described as UNDELIVERABLE on your tracking site! Allowed customs to release packages and STOP accepting deliveries you cannot hope to make!

Absolutely shocking service! When ordering from overseas be sure to check delivery service and never order from a company that uses UPS.
Deliveries never on assigned day, phone calls never answered and tracking service never updated.
Expedited service non existent!
A parcel arrived from the USA in 48 hours and has been stuck in the hands of UPS for 6 days now with no updates. I’ll be requesting my expedited fee back! Why give a date for delivery if you have no intention of delivering on the said date. Disgraceful service.

I have ordered books several times from this supplier and always found their packing to be cheap and shoddy, but usually the books arrive in a decent, not perfect, but acceptable condition. However I made the mistake of ordering 4 books together, expecting them, due to their size and weight ( and expense.... over €300! ) to be well packed as they weighed nearly 6 kilo's. However the same paper thin box, without any internal packaging was used, resulting in the books being badly damaged from being thrown around during transit,with the box being torn and battered! What a shocking service..... Purely my own fault as I should have used Amazon as they have far superior packaging. The readon I didn't was, they were awaiting for new stock..... How I wish I had waited! Never mind, I know for next time.
If you aren't in a hurry, Amazon is far better and in most cases, less costly too as you don't have to return them.
