AVOID , products not in stock but happy to take money and then delay paying a refund

This company is behaving in a shocking , disgraceful manner , taking hard earned money from people while products are not even in stock, it's sly and underhanded. I ordered firewood using the wait and save option and waiting and waiting found that the delivery date had been pushed out to December ! way too late, and I have requested a refund but am being told its been passed into accounts , still no refund!
Avoid this company at all costs!

We are sorry that you feel that this is the case. We would like to assure you that all of our fuel is on pre order and once the stock arrives it is delivered to our customers who are allocated to different pre order dates.
