Ordered 2 machines, 1 as a gift & the other for myself. Delivery was time was brilliant, but the packaging on 1 was damaged. Pleased with the machine. However, I’m only giving 4 stars because their customer service is terrible. I’ve contacted them 3 times prior to & after purchasing, they replied to 1 after 48 hrs, which was too late. Sent replacement glasses without responding to my email. I’m still waiting on the 3rd email reply!

My future Daughter-in-law had her Afternoon Tea Hen Party this weekend. The food was abundant and delicious, clearly freshly made. Staff were pleasant & attentive. Thank you David for being so accommodating. We will certainly be going there again.
