Father’s Day gift . Box arrived at exactly the time promised, professionally wrapped and cooled and packaged. So far tried the chicken, sausages and lamb which were delicious, full of flavour .

My taps are over 5 years old and I hadn’t registered as a customer. We live in an area of high limescale and I had a problem with the tap. I called in to customer services, they answered the phone immediately. I tried to explain the issue and Craig suggested I send pictures. He responded in minutes, Tod me the part I needed saying it may take 2 weeks, it arrived in 2 days. Their customer services exceeded all expectations !

I bought 2 dresses in different sizes , I returned - in 4 th Feb and still have not had my refund , the tracking shows it’s been delivered and in a pallet and returned etc etc but still no refund and no way to contact the company . The dress itself was fab, customer service dire

Our product arrived in damaged packaging and so I contacted Scram,ble as I was worried my product could be impacted. Matt was beyond helpful, super patient and supportive. My product was perfect but its carrying bag was slightly marked and Matt sent out a replacement product within 24 hours. Customer service and product exceeded all expectations

Such a shame as our flights and accomodation via Travel Republic were 5 star, the car hire was less than 1 star. We felt duped, misinformed and utterly ripped off. The car hire company on our booking form had a different name to the actual place, it was off site, no one at the airport had heard of them. We had no option other than to pay 100 euros extra for insurance as the booking insurance was insufficient, other option was to give them a 1000 euros credit card access, then no optioin but to pay 70 euros for their petrol on a tiny 1.2 l Kia. Returned car with three quarters of a tank, no refunds
