I bought a 2nd hand RoofBunk and had question about if it could be stored vertically (yes) and about some metal strips it came with - all very well answered.

I then bought 2 x liners to go under the mattress (one for me and 2nd for a friend). Both where delivered quickly, well packed etc.

The liners have worked well to stop the underside of the mattress feeling wet / damp by allowing it to breath and remove moisture.

I would happily but from this company again - good service.

I'm very surprised by the lack of positive reviews - I have only had really great service and support from Restrap.

I lost the magnet clip for the race vest - without any issues they brought a replacement to the Further race we both where attending. And when my race vest mesh pockets where 'attacked' by the terrain in the Further Pyrenees race - no quibbles or issues - they repaired the ripped mesh pockets very quickly and got the race vest back to me very quickly, like new - at no cost!

You can't ask for better customer service / experience :-)

Its good well constructed kit (Race Vest, 7ltr Race saddle bag, Top Tube bag, Medium frame bag and bike carry harness, fast straps ) that lasts and supported by excellent customer services.

Note - I don't work for Restrap and I'm not sponsored by them - all the Restarp bags / kit I owe, i have bought with my own money.

Finally: Thank you Restrap for supporting the small but extreme (hard) races like 'Further' :-)

PS I haven't been drinking thee Restrap cool-aid - its just my experience and opinion.

Simple and easy process once account is setup. The only negative point is the exchange rate given for the transfer is not as good as the general XE mid currency rate.

Excellent price £89 (cheapest found on Internet) for Salewa Mid Pro boots and accepted discount code - quick free delivery, no issues at all, what's not to like!

Best solution I've found for moving the cleats (Speedplay) further back. The Mid-Foot solution is well engineered and adds very little to the stack height whilst feeling solid.

Great service and would definitely buy again for any new additional shoes.

Toolden had the best price on the Internet I could find for the Torque Wrench, postage was quick and free, good service, thank you.

Regrettably the touch screen on the C436 did not work at all (no response to touch).

Positive: Customer services were very good at assisting with the return of the Chromebook and my account was refunded in full including initial postage within 5 days.

Poor: I requests a replacement (if possible / available) but since I returned the faulty Chromebook I received no communication from Laptop Outlet to tell me that what was happening. I only found out by checking my bank account and seeing the refund.

Fast service, good comms, gave frequent updates on delivery time.
