I can't begin to express how much of a SCAM this company is.
After scamming customers they also refuse to help.
I paid extra for a comfortable seat, but was forced to sit on the floor. When asking Omio for a refund, they claimed that only Deutsche Bahn could issue a refund. DB, however, informs me that this is a LIE.
When confrontet with this Omio ignored all future emails.
Joke of a company. AVOID.
