Overall a good experience!
I ordered shoes for my son and when I received them the elastic thats used for the shoe strings was detached (it’s sewn into the shoes). The sizing is a little off too, I ordered the same size my son wears in Nike’s, Converse etc but it seems ToeTots runs a little smaller.
I reached out to customer service who have been phenomenal! They did not hesitate to help me, offered a new pair at no cost other than shipping. I did seem to get the same email 3-4 times asking me to purchase the shipping and confirm the shoes and size I wanted which got a little frustrating but overall the customer service was amazing. The shoes are super cute too!
