I sent flowers to my sister for her October 6th birthday, age 82. They were wilted and collapsed when she received them. Several of the buds were destroyed and fell off. If this happens this time when I'm sending flowers to my daughter-in-law, I will not longer use your service. I have been a loyal customer for close to 20 years, and rely upon the quality of your products and services.

The worst ever
I ordered the flowers and paid extra to have them delivered the day of the party and I paid extra for them to be the largest bouquet. Not only did they not deliver on the day they were supposed, proFlowers lied and said that they were delivered when in fact, they were not until a day later and they were not the right color and they were the smaller size. They would only discount at 50% when they completely missed the party. I should’ve gotten all my money back. I’ll never order from them again. Shannon Roark
