Terrible return experience. There's no normal, classic return process. You'll have to arrange the return on your own, as no shipping label is provided. And you'll have to pay for it too. Just don't buy here.

I have ordered the joma 2 ocean marathon sneakers two weeks back and im still waiting for the delivery. Their tracking link is not working. Ive sent several emails and messages but no response. They are a scam... their customer supports also non responsive.

They sold two right shoes and dont answer me. I called them, wrote an e-mail, wrote Messages on Instagram, used their contact formular and i got no response since over a month.

I ordered a couple of shoes from Joma and needed to return some of them. After many emails, Facebook messages, and phone calls, I’ve only received the same reply twice over a month — telling me to check their customer service page. That page says to email them, but when you do, no one answers. Terrible experience and very disappointing support.

Really bad customer service if you don’t speak Spanish. No response to emails or phone calls requesting assistance with returns procedure. Only received confirmation that a refund was made when I chased it up 2 weeks after sending the product back. To be fair the product was good quality just not for me.

I bought my football kit from joma sport south africa (pty) Ltd in Durban. I got the contact from the a goverment sports event. Only to find out by joma sport spain that they weren't authorised to sell Joma. They had just hijacked the name. Afterwards the website i was looking at it owned by Spanish Sportswear (pty) Ltd t/a Joma Sport South Africa. Jomasport.co.za
There seems to be people taking advantage of poor trademark protection and respect in South Africa.

I purchased a t-shirt from Joma Sport and wore it once before washing it according to the care instructions. Unfortunately, after just one wash, the fabric showed visible damage — small white spots and abrasions that should not appear on a brand-new item.

I contacted Joma Sport’s customer service via their official email and included a photo of the damage. It’s been several days, and I have yet to receive any response — except for a confirmation that my complaint was received.

This experience has been disappointing both in terms of product quality and customer support. I expected better from a well-known sportswear brand.

Worts costumer service ever.

I bought a pair of trainers (Madrid half-marathon). The money went straight away but the order (according to the worst website ever, in terms of user account) is still in “packaging”.

Contacted customer service 2 times already, and nothing... total silence.

(hope that the packaging is shipped til next week. Otherwise they will hear from my lawyer... They won't go unpunished and I want my money back if the package doesn't arrive.
