This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any utility or service provider in my life. They will literally break their own network, charge you for it, and then hang up the phone on you to avoid fixing it.Here is exactly what they did to me:Charged Me for Their Own Mistake: My internet speed dropped drastically. I called customer care, and they sent a technician. The technician checked their local point of connection and explicitly confirmed that it was a Fastweb connection issue, not mine. Yet, when my bill arrived, Fastweb had charged me for the technician’s visit.Mass Hanging-Up (15 to 20 Calls): When I noticed the fraudulent charge, I tried calling their customer support. The moment I explained the scenario, the agents literally hung up the phone on me. I am not exaggerating: I made 15 to 20 separate calls, and every single representative cut the line the second I brought up the unfair charge.The Debt Collection Trap: Because no one would speak to me, I temporarily held the bill payment, hoping a billing specialist would call so I could finally explain the issue. When they finally called, they completely washed their hands of the problem, claimed they "weren't related to the technical issue," and aggressively insisted I pay immediately.Compounded Late Fees & Hidden Penalties: To make matters worse, on my next bill, they tacked on massive extra charges for opening a delayed payment dispute, along with postal fees and administrative penalties. In the end, their own technical error and refusal to speak to me cost me more than three months' worth of extra bills on top of my standard subscription.My Recommendation: Avoid Fastweb at all costs. Save your sanity and your wallet. Go with almost any other network provider. There are plenty of competing services out there that cost significantly less money and actually treat their customers like human beings rather than open wallets to be scammed.

I am on a recurring monthly SIM only plan which includes data roaming in EU and UK. Three times now that I've been abroad my Fastweb SIM doesn't even connect to a mobile network, which means not only data roaming isn't available but the SIM itself is useless beyond calling emergency services.

Because of that I can't even physically call a customer service. I had to Whatsapp them, and after being asked the same thing over and over again, I was ghosted. The customer service directed my husband (who called on my behalf from Italy) to settings that I cannot find in my phone. I wasted hours to solve what is wrong and to no result. Had to buy a Nomad eSim 3 times now to have data abroad in EU.

And it's not an issue with my phone cause roaming with all old SIM and other eSIMs work seamlessly, and they always connect to a local mpbile network.
