The initial response to my enquiry, the offer made for my phone and email of the postal delivery details was seamless and fast.
I had heard stories of companies quoting a price and then making a lower offer once they received it. Not so here, I was honest in my description, posted the phone on a Monday morning, received a message on Tuesday morning to say it had arrived and was due for inspection. Tuesday afternoon I received another email telling me that after inspection the agreed upon price was going to be paid into my account. Two hours later I received the payment in full to my account. I am blown away by the level of service and communication with this company and based on my own experience would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use them again without hesitation.

Apple watch 8 no scratches on it at all quoted £85 and they said it had marks so only gave me £45 complete rip off i will never use them again
