Bitdefender has never let me down, it balances great protection without bogging down my system! The Bitdefender central offers a great solution for identity protection. Great for Professionals and non-tech savvy users alike.

Let me just say after I had an issue, I reached out to Customer Service received quick and helpful advice

I made a mistake and wrote support. I expected a long drawn out "problem" with billing. But they wrote back the next day and clearly explained how it had been fixed. It's refreshing to see things work like they should. Rare company.

Great product with great customer service for those of us who are not computer savvy.

A threat was reported as having been detected. I do not know what happened to the threat thereafter.

The threat, presumably a malign virus could have been copied, analysed and identified. It could even have been related to a known person or organisation.
Alterntively the alleged threat could have been misidentified orbe a purely imaginary phenomenon.
All I know is that I will never know.

I have used Bitdefender for years. I left them once because I thought I found something better, but I found the product is easy to install and use, and I know I am protected.
Anytime I needed help, and unable to find the solution on my own, I've been able to reach them by phone... even on a weekend.

I contacted Bitedefender Customer Support with an account issue. Once I explained what was my issue, the customer service representative said they could help me. They asked for some additional information and quickly worked on my issue. It was easily resolved. The representative was very professional and customer-service friendly. I really appreciate Bitedefender's support.

Bitdefender - Is it just me that finds navigating the site just too damn difficult? I think the site is designed by highly technical people that don’t realise that us ‘ simpletons’ are not as adept at burrowing into their product. My wife’s phone Bitdefender suddenly and inexplicably changed its settings and blocked two very important medical advice calls as they were from ‘ private numbers’. I find it totally user unfriendly and will be cancelling at my renewal. Looking forward to good riddance…

Overall, I am very pleased with Bitdefender. Would have given a 5 Star rating were it not for the VPN problems I experienced. One issue was not being able to access certain web sites I commonly use which I fixed by turning on Split Tunneling. The other issue was when using with VPN on, the system would drop the internet access. I turned it off and problem disappeared. It is still turned off and no more problem.

The support staff was very courteous and attentive, and they were surprisingly very prompt in responding to my issue and resolving it.
