Customer service is great
Customer service is great, communication, etc. What I was dissappointed in is the size of the boxes I got. I guess I rounded 1.6" up to 2.00 --and I do love the product but realize that nothing of my stock will fit in it-- really my own fault. I'll use them for something else.

Product and service is fine and about what you would expect for price. I've found westpack to be quite inflexible even with seemingly straight forward requests such as to see a small sample of their tissue paper or to correct an issue with an order which we feel was not correctly described on their side. A small issue granted, but little effort to resolve to our satisfaction. Again I must day a good product and timelines satisfactory and consistent

I am very sorry you find it inflexible when ordering samples.
We have a huge part of our products, where you can order samples before placing a larger order - for example instead of ordering 48 boxes with your logo, you can order 1 box with Westpack logo or even order a box with your own logo.
We have also evaluated a part of our range, where logo print is not possible. For example ribbon, gift paper and also tissue paper. For these products we have decided not to offer samples, as it is a complex and quite expensive process to handle this. Instead we suggest to buy the products and have them sent to you for evalation - and if you do not like the product (colour, size etc) then you can always retur the product again (in the original packaging of course).
I hope this helps understanding the processes.

Lovely boxes and excellent customer service. Although the boxes I’d ordered weren’t in stock, they offered me a brilliant alternative. This was my first order and I’m very pleased. I couldn’t find a manufacturer in the UK that offered such good value for money. Westpack is in a league of its own. Great prices, excellent quality, and fast delivery to the UK with no extra charges on receiving. The logo on the box looks excellent. All in all, I’d highly recommend them and I’m delighted to have found this company.

My box of bags arrived and I was hesitant as most things are too good to be true. I couldn’t believe how beautiful they turned out with the gold foil print and sturdiness of the actual paper used. I had a couple of back and forth emails before executing the project. I am impressed by the quality and service of Westpack I will be using them again for a bigger size bag order.

The order was not packed properly
The order was not packed properly. The tissue paper I ordered was crushed by the cardboard boxes, so it arrived completely wrinkled. Some of the tissue paper had also come out of the plastic packaging, which was not secured in any way.
I also paid an additional fee for the tissue paper to be cut, so I expected to receive perfectly cut sheets. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The store offered to refund 50% of the value of the tissue paper.
