Water tastes and feels better. Not at all easy to install. Video is useless and doesn’t show anything that helps. Watched other people doing it and still had to pay a plumber. Plumber agreed not easy and took about 20 mins. Very misleading and instructions in box are short and vague.

Just as it says, simple to install, genuinely took me 10 minutes. The water instantly looks clear and tastes better. I only bought the standard not fluoride as there is no added fluoride in the water where I live. I checked online. Great product.

As we had a problem with the initial replacement cartridge the team replaced it quickly and now we are happily drinking our water again. So thank you!

I have always found Water2 to be extremely good & have used their first filter for around 2 years. I even have a new filter ready to put in it as bought when an offer came out. Anyway, this year the more advanced filter was available on offer & I took advantage. I have not yet fitted it as rely heavily on my son to do this for me & he has been working away constantly, so will have to be patient!
I’m going to give my original system together with my new filter to my son as I know how important it is to filter out all the nasties in our water! He wanted one, but can’t afford right now. The new one filters fluoride as well as microplastics & many other things too. The microplastics are very worrying as found everywhere & I believe cause a lot of illness, but at least I know my water will be safe! I take stainless flasks filled with my water everywhere & leave some in the car to hand! Thanks so much Charles. Keep up the good work. The shower is great too!

After spending this year fighting breast cancer, I’ve been looking at small changes I can make towards a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle. Switching to Water2 was a no-brainer.

Our tap water now tastes great, the filter was incredibly easy to fit, and I’ve bought glass jugs to keep cold water in the fridge. No more bottled water, less plastic waste and finally more space in the recycling bin!

The install process is as easy as the guys market it if you have the right setup.

Nice to get a notification for our yearly (replacement) What I do not like is the pressure off replacing ( this offers ends 24 hours etc..) I personally found the website abit confusing . I want to see price of ( flouride package), what the deal if we had water 2 (to replace) - may want to look into getting a flouride) What was the deal. To me it was unclear, It put me off. The jar-an of generic e-mail does not relate clearly on the website. Generally everything all good! I just don't believe if a product is that good needs to be so rinsed out with how it is presented like all the other modern brands are doing.

The product is great and a brilliant idea, the water tastes just like bottled spring water, and doesn't have that horrible bleach smell that we had before, the only thing that let the product down was the lack of written instructions and identifying the correct hose for each side of the filter.

Returning customer. Just replaced my Water2 Filter, which is installed inline with my kitchen tap, so can verify that for a household of 3 under normal everyday usage, the filter lasts for 1 year before audibly notifying us to change the filter. Re-ordering was easy through website, delivery was prompt and swapping out the filter was really simple, so we're good to go for another year! Would 100% recommend.

I don't get those white scales in the bottom of my kettle or glass. I drink a lot of water! I recommend water 2 %100. Lasts 12 months too. Delivery really quick.

I had the first edition of Water2 and was greatly impressed by the improvement in water quality with regard to taste, all hints of chloramines and similar organic taints being removed. When my second filter cartridge required replacement and these were no longer available Water2 sent a complete new second generation filter system, at the price as the old filter, and honoured a promotional 10% discount.

The second generation is a great improvement with far easier tails to connect to the existing plumbing.

I bought the filter with the shower. I didnt nktice too much difference in the drinking water. Shower the shower head, we could see the difference in the cleanliness of the shower and limescale. Negative point, its so heavy that it came off and hit my daughter on the head and then it had done it with me. So its had to come off. We also couldn't open to change a filter, the strongest in the familybtried and couldn't. As this was unsafe for my family we cant use it. Over £200 wasted.

Not disappointed by the filter we originally purchased, but was sent a reminder to buy a new one, which we did. But it’s not the right one. I’ve emailed customer service and not had a response, yet if you want to purchase one then it’s super speedy!

Absolutely brilliant customer service. We had an issue with the delivery this was quickly resolved and with excellent customer service. The filter water tastes great. The only niggle is the lower pressure but that’s worth it for the quality water
