All the positive reviews is for customers buying from them , DO NOT SELL to this company , I am well into my small claim court with them. Application for default decree has been issued then final stage will be for an enforcer to take the money from them to pay me .

I sold my phone in may for £156 and been told it will be December time until payment .

This is facts , AVOID THIS COMPANY IF SELLING YOUR PHONE . I encourage everyone still awaiting money to start a small claims court action and continue every 24hrs to leave negative comments against this company and prove the point

Device arrived very quickly and is in very good condition so far I’m impressed

If I could give zero stars I would do, sent a phone in over 5 months ago and still haven’t received payment.

Don't sell your phone to this company unless you are prepared to go through the small claims court to receive your money.
UR.co.uk promises payment within 30 days, i had to go as far as issuing a Court Judgment against them to get my money, almost 3 months later.
Looking at their reviews this is not an isolated case, UR uses the excuse that there are delays with payment but never give you an estimated date to expect your money, and they also refuse to return your phone. (likely been sold on long ago).
I cannot believe this company is still allowed to continue trading, please please do not send your phone to these scammers.
I also dont know why trading standards are not involved in these scammers.
Please do not send your phones to them unless you are willing to take them all the way to courts.

Warning ⚠️ This is a scam when they come to buy your phone. They say they can't send the payment for my sold phone until 2027. Now I have to chase them through small claims court.

Since my last review I have taken legal action. I am not prepared to let these scammers get away with daylight robbery. Please don't trust them.

Agreed to recycle my mobile with these and accepted offer on 30th July 2026.

Terms and conditions state that payments will be made with in 14-30 working days.

Now 12th October 2026 chased up to be told payment will be made on 20th April 2027.

Will be taking legal action for breach of contract AVOID THIS SCAMMING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Do not sell your phone with UR. After agreeing a price for my phone, I was told my payment was progressing and would take 14 - 30 working days. A month past this period and having emailed them, I have been told payment will be June 2027. This is not in the T&Cs and i was not prewarned this could happen. Sell to them at your peril!!

Total scam - telling me I won't get a payout until 1 YEAR after submitting and agreeing a low price for it with "I've checked your order and can confirm that your payment is scheduled for 11/06/2027".

It has now been 78 working days since i accepted the offer and i still haven’t received my money from the phone i sent them, there is no contact and they are not replying to there emails, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT USE - this company failed to make payment for the phone that I sent to them. Payment only arrived after I made a claim via the courts and a CCJ registered previous to this they advised me it would be a 10 month wait for payment. Customer service also really unhelpful saying they are a small company who do not have a complaints team. MASSIVE SCAM. Anyone that has not had payment make your claim!
