Universe Auto Ship Reviews

I was quoted $530 for the transport service on 9/26/2026, paid $180 for the reservation. On 10/5/26, day of the pick up, received a phone call from Sam at 5:55am, it would cost $1250 to ship the car, he even admitted that this was the strategy. This company is nothing but scandalous. Do not do business with Universe Auto Ship, its a total scam. Im now asking for my refund, will update with final results.

Update: October 6, 930am, Sam called and said they don’t need my money but still insisted it would take more than 25 days to process my refund then hang up on me.

Again, do NOT use Universe Auto Ship, it’s a total scam!

I worked with the company to help them transport a vehicle from Indiana to Florida. I had a pleasant interaction with the agent, Alex by phone and text message. Client was happy with the service provided from both the broker and our company as the transporter. Highly recommend!

Quoted $550, paid a $200 reservation fee, then they came back asking $1,100 to ship the same vehicle. Very disappointing experience.

Everything was great and smooth. Michael was a big help.

Dave was fantastic to work with and helped me ship both my cars quickly and safely!

Very professional job. He took a lot of care.

Thank you for your excellent service. Michael was very attentive. Thank you for everything.
