Great design, let down by reliability.

There's a lot to like about the Suri. The battery lasts far longer than the usual competitors, it cleans well and is easy to keep clean itself, and it's easily the best-looking toothbrush I've owned.

The problem is reliability. In two years I've had two Suri 1 units fail. Both stopped charging and wouldn't hold a battery. The paint has also flaked off. Mine is the blue one. My wife has the green version and hasn't had a single issue, so maybe it's down to luck or batch. Either way, two dead units in two years isn't acceptable for a premium product.

When it works, it's excellent. I just can't trust it to keep working.

I purchased the SURI 2.0 and am extremely impressed by it. Great product and all the extras. Excellent customer service. Got free wash bag with toothpaste and key. Would highly recommend. Worth the price for quality.

So far, so good but this is my first electric toothbrush and I'm still getting used to it. I am enjoying it though!
Two things I would say: it's difficult for me to notice the haptic indication that the 30 second phases are up. I'm working on concentrating on that. And, I find it difficult to change from the more gentle to the more vigorous brushing. Exerting just the right amount of pressure to make the change isn't so easy.

Great company Suri, have just received my latest order of spare brush heads for two toothbrushes, easy to order, arrived quickly, with good communication all the way through, till they arrived at the door. A really good company producing excellent quality products at competitive prices. Would definitely recommend giving them a go.

I have two SURI brushes and love the design, how it works, ease to charge but the best thing has to be the customer service. It is exceptional and staff go above and beyond. Emails are answered promptly, the focus on the customer is second to none and the ability to help with orders, replacement parts (we thought we lost a brush and then later had the end damaged in our luggage) and the company sorted this out immediately and provided a response which was amazing. Love the brand as much as the brush.

The product is well crafted and service is clear and fast.

I absolutely love my suri 2.0 It isn't the most powerful brush on the market, but it gives you a really good clean and just feels quality the magnetic mirror/ tile mount is absolutely genius. It stops you needing a horrible damp cup by the sink.

The metal construction is really nice And the customer service is exceptional. I had a problem with my pressure sensor was turning itself off and I'd have to go through the rigmarole of holding the button every time to turn it on and off.

Something I've noticed with the 2.0 is that if you press the button once till you remembered setting the pressure sensor doesn't work. If you go back through, press gentle and intense the pressure sensor works.

I've already sent one toothbrush back and I really can't be bothered doing another one. I know it's supposed to remember your settings including pressure sensor settings, but honestly it's not that much of a hassle.

The first toothbrush I sent back was really easy they sent me out a brand new handle and all I had to do was pack the faulty one in that same box and post it they provided a return label. It was really easy.

I would be interested to find out if the current toff brush is faulty and weather. It's normal to have to go through the vibration settings for the pressure sensor to work even when the pressure sensor is turned on?

I really liked this product, however I'd like to make it clear this is very clearly a product for a year, not for long period of time and then you will need to purchase another one. I heard from a friend his had completely died after 8 months and wasn't able to charge it at all and I thought I was a lucky having it for a year and I raved about how good it was. Not long after mine completely died, was not chargeable and became as useful as a 99p toothbrush at the shop. I cannot justify purchasing another one at that price when you can buy an electric toothbrush for £30 that will last 5 times as long.

Cannot fault them. Received a brush back in June for a birthday present and it’s been great. Recently (October) it started to malfunction so I contacted customer service who (even though it said they were experiencing high volume of emails and would be delayed in replying) replied within an hour, replaced my brush & it arrived 3 days later. Excellent service & product.

I bought two SURI toothbrushes less than a year ago, and both have developed problems. The first issue was resolved satisfactorily, but my experience with the second has been extremely disappointing.
Despite complying with customer services’ requests for videos and photographs to demonstrate the fault, no solution has been offered. Worse still, despite sending repeated emails over the past three weeks, I have not received a single response.
The current fault means the toothbrush is completely unusable, so I have had no choice but to buy an alternative while I continue trying to get the matter resolved.
Based on my experience, the product reliability has been disappointing, but the customer service has been even worse. Asking customers to provide evidence and then simply ignoring them is unacceptable.
I am still pursuing a resolution, but at this stage I cannot recommend SURI to anyone. A product is only as good as the support behind it, and SURI has fallen well short of expectations.

At first I had trouble with the brush vibrations and noises. I have now got used to it. The brush itself is doing a brilliant job. My teeth look and feel really clean. I am noticing when food gets in the gaps and going to clean it out.

I've never had such clean teeth. This toothbrush is exceptional. They also supply me with replacement heads regularly. Saves me remembering. All is good.

I ordered over two weeks ago. Outside of the confirmation, there has been no communication and my order has not been received.
