I needed a last minute urgent order and Graham at Tradeprint was absolutely excellent through all aspects of the order. I required a large number of brochures on less than a weeks notice. Communication was incredible, I was updated of any issues, delivery dates etc. I took delivery this morning and would like to extend a huge thanks to Graham and Tradeprint. The service has been faultless.

The customer service has been great, both on their webchat and by email to get our design finalised and uploaded properly for what we wanted to achieve. Really pleased and loved the print quality on previous orders.

I've not done artwork for print direct to garment before and wanted my artwork checking to see all was correct, got a quick reply from Ceidyn from the Prepress team who was very helpful - thanks.
Great personal service for such a large company.

I commissioned some mugs to raise money for my local church. I sent though the mug wrap design on 31st August and was quoted a delivery of 9th September. Tradeprint noticed a problem with the sizing so I resized it to Tradeprint's sizing and returned it. This was done within 20 minutes. They then pushed the delivery on by 2 days which was really annoying but I was able to amend the delivery location to the venue. When I received the final confirmation of the design, there was an error which showed that the design was single sided. I emailed them straight away to clarify that this was a mug wrap. Tradepoint confirmed that this was fine and this was resolved. The mugs were delivered to the venue on time with no problems but I was so shocked by the quality of the design. It was terrible!!! My understanding of a mug wrap is that it goes all the way around the mug and is about 1cm or so away from the handle. What Tradeprint provided was about 3cm from the handle!!! The image is not even centred. It looks just awful and I am so embarrassed!!! I could not charge my church members for these. At this point they are only fit for the bin and I am out of pocket for almost £90. I would never use this company again and would never recommend them.
