Very expensive, and you cannot cancel or get a refund! Never use this company! There are a lot of legit taxi companies, but not this online taxi company! It is a scam! Do not believe some reviews here! They are fake! NEVER USE THIS TAXI COMPANY! SCAM!!!

Best price when I shopped around. Easy to book. Very good at keeping me informed and checking details. Driver arrived on time and was very polite and helpful. We had a lot of luggage and he helped with it all cheerfully. Nothing too much trouble. He also drove very smoothly, got us there in good time, parked right outside and generally made the whole trip easy and stress free. Very happy with the whole experience.

Absolutelly shocking service - wish I could give them no stars. Booked 8 seater taxi didn't turn up after Wedding reception leaving 8 of us stranded at 11pm at a venue way out in the countryside. Couldn't get hold of company on the telephone - answer message kept repeating itself. Offered me £5 off my next taxi ride with them as compensation! Booking email said they were allocating one of thier best drivers to pick us up .......... goodness knows what thier worst drivers are like! Only 1 * on Triadvisor!

We booked a taxi to take us from our home address to Heathrow airport, it was easy to book online and we got a confirmation text 2 days before departure to confirm all the details. The driver arrived on time and was polite and friendly and helped us with our luggage. The journey was good with no hold ups and we were dropped off right outside terminal 3, would definitely recommend!

This was my first time using this company.
Making the booking was easy and was followed up with a confirmation mail.
Nearer to my travel date I was in informed of the car registration number and drivers name which gave me peace of mind that I was with the right company.
The drivers in both of my journeys were helpful and friendly.

Driver was on time. We had a good drive to the airport Stansted. It was even closer to Londen than we thought. So we were there early. I recommend taxicode.
