We sincerely apologize and regret that we didn’t meet your expectations. We would like to request that you send us an email to info@superauto.pt with your order and invoice number, so we can get to the bottom of why there was a delay in the delivery of your order.
We have agreements with our transport companies and base our delivery times on their schedules, so we would certainly also like to know what caused the delay, so we can ensure a more rapid delivery next time.
Nonetheless, we would like to highlight that we commit to a delivery within 24 – 48 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery within 24 hours, as we have to consider the schedules of our shipping companies, the time the order was placed and the customer’s location. All of these variables can have an impact on the speed of the delivery.
Furthermore, please note that May 1st, 2023 was a national holiday in Portugal and so our offices were closed. As a result, the order would have only been dispatched on the following day, May 2nd.
We strive to provide a positive and seamless customer experience and hope that this unique instance will not discourage you from giving us another opportunity in the future.
