Incredible service
Account creation was very easy, delivery was ridiculously quick and the price was fair. To any company starting or looking for a supplier of safety equipment, SPI is the one I recommand. Definitely will order from here again. Just wished there was a store in Montréal.

I had problems with the delivery
I had problems with the delivery.
GLS, the delivery company, supposedly came 2 times before I contacted them. They said they got no answer which is possible cause I was expecting them to leave the package at the door.
The day of their 3rd try, I was at the adress and I had called to make sure they had my cellphone number in case something went wrong and the driver could call me. But, the same thing happened and the tracking indicated again that no one was there and a notice had been left on the door. I never found any of the 3 notices and I finally arranged to pick up the package in Dorval because I was going in that area the next day (and I wouldn't be home).
So bottom line, I am writing to let you know that the delivery was a hassle and that will probably prevent me from buying from you in the future, unfortunately. Because it might just be easier elsewhere.
Thought you should know.
Otherwise the product is great. I appreciate the availability of canadian products.

It took too long to get the order
It took too long to get the order. I ordered it for my son to install but the package took 2 weeks. And my son was gone as his vacation ended. I am unsure if I can put it in its place.
