We've been using Social Dawn since March 2026, purchasing followers in smaller amounts over time. Initially, we actually had quite a good experience. A few followers would drop off here and there, but whenever I contacted them, they responded quickly and assured me they were managing it. We exchanged several emails, and I could see they were adding replacement followers, so I genuinely thought they were taking their lifetime guarantee seriously.

Unfortunately, that all changed.

Our most recent purchase was for 2,000 followers, bringing our business account up to 13.4K. Since then, it's dropped to 12.6K, with another 200 followers disappearing practically overnight. When you're a smaller business, that kind of drop is noticeable.

I've contacted Social Dawn repeatedly, and despite initially being helpful, they've now completely ghosted me. No responses, no explanation and no resolution.

What makes it worse is that their website advertises a lifetime guarantee. What's the point of offering that if you're going to ignore customers when they actually need it?

I genuinely feel like I've been scammed. I'm usually pretty cautious about these things, but their initial customer service gave me confidence, and unfortunately, I trusted them.

I've also recommended this company to others, which I now deeply regret.

Please don't waste your money. You may as well take a $20 or $50 note and set it on fire, because that's honestly how wasteful this company is.

bought Instagram followers from SocialDawn last week. It was delivered successfully, but after few days, I lost half of the followers, contrary to their marketed "real accounts", turns out it's still bots. So, I asked them to restore it since they promised a "lifetime guarantee". At first, they are restoring the followers I lost, but after three days of losing and droping out more bots followers from them, their customer support stopped restoring it and never replied back. This website might seem good at first, but it will end like the rest. total waste of money. their lifetime guarantee is not even true. all their promised services are not reliable and had crazy issues. 2/10

I don't even know if it would be fair to call this a scam. It is more than this. It is absolutely ridiculous. I always assumed buying IG followers was not the best strategy, but anyways I decided to give it a try. I purchased 1000 followers for nearly 30 euro, just to give a small bump to my profile. Folowers were delivered quick. But you rapidlý realize all that is said about real followers, real people and so, is FALSE. Accounts are just absurd. They are all pretty "new", with zero followers but following a lot of accounts, with nearly no posts. They all scream out loud "Hey, I am a giantic BOT". But the surrealistic experience does not end here. The following day, not even 24 hours after my purchase, ALL those 1000 followers I bough suddenly dissappeared. All of them.
Believe me and do yourself a favor. DON'T EVEN APPROCH SocialDawn!!!!

AFTER payment they keep claiming the Link doesn't work, but for others that we sent the Link it worked fine...Advertises quick delivery of Likes but company Never delivered and the Chat response was noting but 2 word responses that didn't make any sense. Only resolution is to file a Credit card dispute... This company was a Waste of Time for me.

Order not fulfilled. Says its still in progress. Purchased 500 followere for $20 what a waste. And they didnt respond to my email.

Doesn't work anymore, just throwing away money

Very Bad und scamy. Accounts have horrible names and pictures that are clearly fake and foreign, everybody can see they are fake accounts and bots, from asia, middle east, india etc. It's a waste of money, I had to delete most of them right away, so that people cannot see they are clearly bought.

Moreover, after a day some of these accounts unfollowed me, more will do over time. So, what is the point? To scam the customer and nothing more?

It's not instantaneous as website says, it takes a while before you get what you paid for.

I tried SocialDawn for the first time and honestly had a good experience. The process was simple, the order was delivered as expected, and everything was clear from start to finish.

What I liked most is that it didn’t feel complicated. I placed my order, received the service, and didn’t have any issues.

Overall, I’m happy with the result and would use SocialDawn again.

ordered their services that came to about $22. Not only did they not deliver, but they're also not replying to their emails after I've requested a refund.

If anyone in the team at Social Dawn sees this, I would be more than happy to edit this review if I get a response.

but as of now, don't trust this site.
