This company was amazing. BREE delt with me start to finish when I found a stray cat clearly didn't have a home, but was chipped, in reaching out to the registered owners to let them know I had him and then to change him to my name when they weren't interested and now this poor baby is officially mine! He's lounging on my sofa as I type this. made it so easy to do and understand. I have mild learning difficulties and bree was really good at communicating which I struggle with at times. Thankyou bree. Great communication and helpful.

After a recent visit to a new vet we discovered that we had been given incorrect microchip details for our dog and he had been registered against an incorrect chip number. Bree quickly advised us on how to resolve the issue and ensured that our records were corrected once we had provided photographic evidence of a scan of his actual chip. We are now reassured that his records are up to date and he can be traced back to us should he ever get lost! Thanks Bree.

It was initially bit difficult to reach through the contact page , however once got through it was taken up by Mr Bree who helped solving my query

They was delivered when you said on time they are having the mirco chip done on saturday.

Would rate as zero stars if I could, I have tried on multiple emails to obtain a response to update details they hold, and they still persist send passcodes to the out of date email and phone numbers. 24/7 support is definitely not available. A contact number that is answered by a person for customer service would be a start, not to be passed around being told the same thing over and over. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TO CHIP YOUR PETS as they do not respond

Am not getting a reply to my emails and just cannot contact them about an issue.

Smart trace has been brilliant at re-registering a cockatoo for me. Bree has sent me prompt emails to guide me through the process and has answered my questions immediately. I couldn’t be more pleased.

The microchips arrived very quickly, really easy to use and quick, all 7 puppies found it completely painless. Registering the chips was easy too and my scanner picked them up immediately. Excellent product and customer service.

I contacted Smartrace on line to confirm my new address for my cat's microchip.
Bree confirmed the address had been updated soon afterwards.

I was able to update my pet details online and register my pet with the help
of Bree from Smarttrace.
We sent a few emails but I am very happy all is now correct.

I somehow managed to mix up two chip numbers up meaning two different puppies were assigned the wrong chip number each, as soon as I realised I wrote to Bree and she very quickly reassigned the right chip numbers to the right puppy, disaster averted! thankyou so much Bree.
