Left stranded after paying... STILL NO REFUND
I booked a transfer for a minibus, they said it was confirmed and were very pushy about me paying by link. I paid for the service and heard nothing back from them.
The day before the transfer I texted asking for confirmation of the trip. They said they would text me back shortly but never did.
Later that evening I asked for confirmation again, at which point they told me they could not find a driver for me, and asked for my bank details to refund me.
They left me STRANDED the evening before I was meant to travel with no warning... if I had not texted to ask for confirmation I wonder if they would have told me at all!
It has now been 2 weeks since they said they would refund the booking amount and they STILL HAVE NOT PAID ME BACK.
This company left me completely stranded and took my money without providing any service... and have not paid me back. I will never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone.
