This service is a complete rip off
This service is a complete rip off. They vastly overcharge for redirection. The cost for using this service was £35. The value of my package was £30.
They also overvalued my item and then I had to pay €35 to Customs. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN !

Hi. I'm sorry you were not satisfied. For clarity, your £35 includes a £12 one-time registration fee, and your shipping was only £22.99. The item values are entered by the customer when placing the ship request, but you possibly entered the total for 3 items in the unit value field, causing the declared value to triple.

SLOW SLOW SLOW....AFTER ABOUT 3 MONTHS THEY SAID THEY HAD MY PARCEL AND THEN THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT SO THEY MUST HAVE LOST IT. I PROVIDED PROOF OF DELIVERY. THEY DID NOT OFFER REFUND. THEY TOOK WEEKS AND WEEKS TO REPLY TO MY EMAILS. I WILL SPREAD THE WORD ALL OVER FB THAT THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THEM.

Hi. I am struggling to match your claims with the correspondence in our helpdesk. All I can see are normal correspondence and explanations from our team. You have also not responded to our request for more information to help us substantiate your claims. I can't see where we claimed to have received your package, nor "lost it", nor can I see long periods without response.
Customer service is excellent

My packages are always processed quickly and shipped out to my address.

I've always given 5 stars until this pkg. These were vintage textiles, and they were just thrown into a carboard box with no protection whatsoever. Always before, they were placed in individual plastic bags. They could of at least wrapped each one in tissue paper. Mahlon
