I wore my first pair all week and love them love the way they feel and love the way they fit and I’m hoping that they help me become more toned and lose some weight

Easy ordering and fast delivery. After wearing them for a few hours, I am pleased with my decision to purchase them. I can’t wait to see the results after I’ve worn them for awhile.

I needed to exchange for a smaller size and the process for returns/exchange was very easy. Within a couple days my new size was already being shipped to me. Very satisfied customer!!!

I was not able to exchange an xl for large because it was difficult to navigate your website and I ran out of time waiting to hear from you. I will comment on your unsatisfactory service for overpriced product.

Horrible and NOT AT ALL A COMPANY THAT DELIVERED ON THEIR PROMISE.

I don’t know that they help you lose weight I have not as of yet but I like the fit and they are comfortable this is my second pair.

I like the pants. I returned 1 pair of pants as they were the wrong size. I hope to get my credit soon.

I had a return. I order 2 replacement leggings and only got one pair. I send an email asking for the second one sent to me and I have not received a reply back.

The legging I received I like. The return process online was not hard. I would rate experience a 5 if I received my full order or I received a response back to correct this issue. It would also be helpful to have a phone number to contact someone.

Thank you. I ordered a pair based on my measurements but when it arrived the fit was comfortable but not restrictive enough to do the job of resistance. Thank you for sorting the issue out speedily and professionally and sending me the size down. XL appears to be a AU16, L appears to be AU14 and M appears to be AU12 on me.

I LOVE these pants.....the fit is perfect and the pockets are sensational. Thank you so much.....I wore mine yesterday to walk with my grand kids and great grand kids through a local Corn Maze. They were so comfortalble!
I tell everyone about them.....and how I'm exercising all day long because of them....burning lots of calories!

I feel customer service just doesn’t matter anymore in so many industries. Skinnify has exceptional customer service. I appreciate your company for helping me get the right product to me. I ordered the wrong size and thankfully Skinnify understood, the process was seamless. Thank you. I will wear the heck out of these! Menopause sucks but knowing I’m doing extra to strengthen my muscles and lose weight just by wearing your leggings gives me peace of mind! Thank you! You have a customer for life.

These have been great for my weight loss I started with. 4X size and I just ordered 2 X.

I have been trying to contact them with no response. I was sent shoes and bills for them, That I did not order!

Love the fit! I feel that I get a great addition to my workout, also enjoy wearing them 3-4 times a week around the house and going on errands. Thank you!!

I found the size chart to not correspond with my measurements, initially ordered the wrong size, returns and exchanges were seamless and I love these leggings!

Flexibility, fit well.

So far, I love them! I had a problem with the size and customer service took care of that quickly.
One thing I would love others to realize is that these are not compression pants. They’re resistance bands.
Overall, GREAT

WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD!!! I never received my package. The company tried to force me to make a claim with UPS which of course I was unable to (because that's not how claims work!!). I have repeatedly asked for the claim number, and they refuse to give it to me. I'm currently in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company.It's been over a month and the customer service has been ridiculously unhelpful. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!! Over $400 wasted!

It appears that there is a disconnect between the customer service side of your organization and the marketing side. I have been questioning the sizes in my order since 9/24, (immediately after ordering) today is 10/5. When they finally arrived I returned the wrong sizes unopened on 10/3 with your return shipping label. You can check the tracking. The marketing side continues to dangle a $15 credit in my face and has for what seems like a week. I feel ignored, this all could have been avoided back in September before they were shipped out. In my opinion Back to the $15 promotional credit I never received my size smalls, what you sent (size XS & M) was turned around and sent back unopened the day after I received it. It is unprofessional to ignore customers, and that is how I feel, that my time and frustration with you is not important.
