Very good service/on time
Everyone was very kind and helpful, and my suitcases and boxes where picked up and dropped of when required.
The only reason why I haven't given 5 stars is because the person I had on the phone did not speak other languages that I know (English and French), we still managed to communicate with my broken Spanish but I think it is a little annoying for an international transportation company to not have a few languages options.
I still think that you should hire them, and give your money to a local company whenever you can instead of a bigger one :) They did a very good job!

Unacceptable
Sent 2 suitcases and 1 box from Elche to Valencia (a mere 2 hr drive) yet when my suitcases arrived, both of them were missing 1 wheel each. We found one of the wheels to try to attach but the other was lost completely.
I have sent an email the same day I received the suitcases. It has been 5 days but I havent received a response from the team.

Suitcase not collected
Yesterday, I wanted to have my suitcase sent from Málaga to Germany within the 9 am to 2 pm time slot, but it wasn’t collected. After phoning customer services, who said they would look into it and get back to me, it still hasn’t been sorted out.

Didn’t pick up the luggage at the date
Didn’t pick up the luggage at the date. Have to call the company, and they always said they are going to call back, but never did. I called them 5-6 times during that 2 days. They never call back. Their customer service can only contact other colleagues to solve the shipping problem. The second day, FedEx came twice. Once in the morning, and didn’t pick up anything. Said their truck is too small. In the afternoon, they only pick up half of the luggage, cause the carrier said their truck is full. Would be easier to schedule directly with FedEx, Correos or DHL. Would be more expensive, but at lesst less stress. Both FedEx and DHL has better customer service to schedule the shipment than Sinmaletas. ( Sinmaletas did give me full refund for the part that they didn’t pickup.. )

Very poor experience
Very poor experience with the service in total. Golf bag was picked up in the Netherlalds on time as promised but when it arrived in Spain on the agreed date it was not delivered (TNT claimed our address was incorrect but that was not true, that is just the Spanish excuse for we can't be bothered to make the delivery. Made a new appointment for delivery 3 days later between 12-16 (as we were leaving the house at 16) and on the day got confirmation that it would arrive between 12 and 16..then at 15:45 get a text from the delivery driver that he will be there at 17...useless service

Amazing value of money!!
I found them online and I was a bit suspicious, but also desperate with all my luggages, so I decided to try. They are really good! Information are so easy to get, easy to call or email and talk.
