Good evening. I have two orders with you ( 6119 and 6120), but DHL Express have charged me approximately £360 pounds of customs clearance fees for delivery of my two orders to my address in the Inited Kingdom.
This seems very high and I would like someone to please explain this to me.

DHL, as the courier, simply acts as the intermediary to collect these fees on behalf of UK customs authorities.
