Absolutely outstanding service, from ordering, delivery the price. I said within 10 minutes of it we've already had our monies worth, the laughter we had was so worth it.

Ordered buggy for son. Wasn't clear it was on order. No clear explanation in confirmation email to say it was on order and wouldn't be sent until 3 weeks. Even got email from dpd saying the were about to receive it and a date when it will be delivered but then got email saying another 3 weeks. Sons birthday past

We bought an electric go kart for our son’s 11th birthday. He drove it relentlessly for 10 months. Was then left in garage for a while with a puncture and wouldn’t restart when puncture had been fixed. I was a bit concerned that after that long there wouldn’t be any response from company or they would be unhelpful. Quite the opposite - they were brilliant. Sent a courier to collect, fixed the issue and sent it back. At no cost. Customer services team were a delight to deal with throughout and therefore I’ve taken the unusual step of leaving a review, as I know it’s important to their business.

Recieved a delivery this morning for x2 Speed Storm drift Karts. Great communication from the company calling to ensure someone would be home so we wouldn't miss out delivery. Over all a positive experience, even the courier helping carry them in to my house. They are christmas gifts so havent been opened yet but im confident given my experience so far

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! An absolute headache from start to finish! We purchased an electric quad for our son’s birthday in August, the day of his birthday we took it out and within half an hour it cut out. There is no phone number to speak to someone at the company, which to me is a big red flag and if I had known this before I would not have purchased from them. Emails back and forth, having to provide videos to prove the quad was not working. We were then advised they would collect the quad but depending on their findings we might be charged for the courier service or any damages, it was worrying they were going to try put the blame on us and do us out of money but we were left with no choice but to send the useless quad back. Another day taken off work to wait for the collection. A week passed with no communication so I chased to be told they had fixed the fault and could return it back to us. It’s concerning that a brand new quad would have any fault in the first place and after reading other people’s reviews it seems we are not the only ones who have had this sort of issue. We instead requested a refund but overall this was just hassle and our son is only just getting his birthday money back to purchase elsewhere, we’re now in October.

Seconded time buying from here with the most lovely lady honey really helpful with whatever we were looking for.

Brilliant place

We purchased the 50cc 2-Stroke Kids Mini Quad Bike PX1SX and received great service from start to finish.
We had a an issue with the website to begin with and the team were extremely helpful in offering an alternative way to process, which fortunately we didn't need anything. The quad arrived quickly and looks great. My little boy is going to be very happy when Christmas comes!

I contacted RiiRoo to ask what would be best suitable for my daughter. The service was second to none. They gave multiple examples, spoke me through different reasons, explained what may be better and last longer without it always being a more expensive item. Genuinely felt valued and this was without even making a purchase yet. Genuinely thank you and I cant wait to order once our items back in stock!!

Started with a simple to use website that made ordering easy. Ride on was delivered in 2 days, well packaged and undamaged. Easy to follow instructions for assembly that took about 30 mins. Service is top notch and very friendly. Recommend 100%

Really positive experience at the showroom today, we discussed our requirements with the very knowledgeable and friendly sales team. Although no pressure to purchase, we did so and can’t wait to see our 3yr olds face when he sees his new quad bike!

THE TRACTOR AS SUFFERED COMPLETE STRUCTURAL FAILURE ON THE CHASIS AND WELDS SNAPPED ON THE STEERING RACK FROM A TWO YEAR OLD GOING UP AND DOWN THE GARDEN AND DRIVEWAY TO BE NOW TOLD ITS HIS FAULT AND ITS CONSISTENT WITH IMPACT DAMAGE .
THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN . WHILST TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS FOR MONTHS WE ORDERED REPLACEMENT PARTS TO WHICH WE HAD A DPD EMAIL THE DAY AFTER PAYMENT CONFIRMING TRACKING NUMBER BUT PARCEL WAS NOT RECEIVED BY THEM SO WE CONTACED RIIROO AGAIN AND WAS ADVISED IT WOULD BE A MINIUM 12 WEEK WAIT . THEY COULDNT JUST TAKE IT OF ONE OF THERE STOCK ITEMS AND WAIT THE 12 WEEKS THEY WANTED A 2 YEAR OLD TO WAIT . MY SON IS DEVASTATED.
DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING RIIROO TELL YOU OR THE 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY ARE EASILY FAKED BUT ONE STARS LIKE THIS PAINT THE REAL PICTURE.

Unfortunately, our experience with RiiRoo has reached the point where I feel other parents should be aware of what has happened.

We purchased one of their children’s tractors for our two-year-old son. Despite relatively limited use, we have experienced serious issues including a cracked structural component, a failed/broken steering weld, steering/alignment problems and subsequent tyre damage.

We supplied photographs and video evidence and have spent months trying to resolve the matter.

What concerns me most is the way the position now appears to be developing.

We have repeatedly been told that the cause could not properly be determined remotely and that the tractor required physical inspection.

RiiRoo have now told us, before physically inspecting it, that from the photographs their initial assessment is that the damage appears “more consistent with an impact rather than a structural manufacturing failure”.

I have asked them to identify the alleged point of impact and explain what physical evidence in the photographs supports that theory, particularly in relation to the failed weld.

This tractor is used by a TWO-YEAR-OLD CHILD.

Mud and normal signs of use on a children’s off-road tractor are now apparently factors being considered when assessing the failure.

Even more concerning, RiiRoo want us to agree in advance that if their own workshop decides there is no manufacturing fault, we may be charged £97.52 collection/return costs, another £20 if a pallet is required, replacement parts AND unspecified labour costs.

After reading other customers’ experiences, I am now even more concerned.

I found another review concerning a children’s electric quad where the reviewer reported an axle/weld problem. That customer states that RiiRoo initially acknowledged what was described as a weld fault, but after inspection the explanation changed and the faults were attributed to misuse/damage during use.

Other reviewers have also described disputes involving faulty children’s vehicles, replacement parts, return arrangements and after-sales support.

Those reviews obviously concern other customers and I cannot independently verify their individual circumstances. However, reading experiences with similarities to ours has understandably increased my concern about how our own case is being handled.

I have NOT refused inspection.

I have told RiiRoo that they are welcome to collect the tractor fully assembled and inspect it properly. I have simply requested that the inspection is documented, that the original failed components are preserved, and that if they conclude “impact damage”, they identify the actual physical evidence supporting that conclusion.

For a children’s product involving structural and steering failures, I do not believe that is unreasonable.

I will update this review as the complaint progresses, including the outcome of RiiRoo’s workshop inspection and the evidence they provide for their conclusions.

At present, based on our experience of the product and particularly the after-sales process, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID RiiRoo . YOUR CHILDRENS SAFTEY DEPEND ON IT

We purchased the ride on tractor and trailer for our little boys birthday and had a great service from start to finish.

The ordering part of it was simple and straightforward on the website and our item was shipped the next day & arrived 2 days after we had ordered!

The tractor and trailer was easy to assemble with straight forward, well written instructions. High quality, sturdy product, the materials used are sturdy and durable.

Our little boy has absolutely loved playing with it and will ask to play with it daily!
