The clothes shipped fairly quickly and were of decent quality. The sizing runs small, and I tried to return 2 skirts. There’s no self-serve returns, you have to email their customer service team. Then they always reply back at 3 AM asking for more information about why you’re returning. There’s no action. After 8 emails back and forth I told them I gave up - I’ll keep the too-small clothes, post my negative experience, and never shop there again.

The agent (Jed) was kind and efficient. I also love that they give you store credit if you donate the item - what a lovely solution!

Excellent experience. Easy to choose a selection and love all the styles. I own one other Rihoas dress which I wear often.

I've made my order on the 5th of September, it has been shipped and the shipping has never arrived to me. They did not contact me at all. I had to contact the Support by myself. There was an issue with a shipping company and they said they don't do refunds. Legally by law they have to be able to do so. The shipping is still in the process, it's 11th of October and they refused to make a refund. Do not recommend these guys.

The clothes are beautiful and adjusted advertised. They are really flattering and true to size.

This is my second purchase and the quality is still outstanding. I'm absolutely amazed by the fit and how well constructed the clothes are. Rihoas is definitely my go to for clothes that I can wear to the office which is hard to find in other brands.

The fitting is perfect, tha color was just a lit bit different but beautiful anyway. I really recommend

I particularly loved the jumper, of the two items I bought and will definitely be back for more. The sizings are just right.

I am very happy with my order. The dresses are absolutely beautiful and match the photos on the website. Sizing also seems to be accurate. Delivery does take a bit but I wont take a star out for that as it’s not a quality issue

Since I am rating the whole experience I am giving 4 stars because of the delivery part. The tracking information was confusing and a little stressful.
However, the clothes I received were well tailored, true to size, beautiful. Worth the wait.

Bought a few sizes to try on and I'm based in the UK. Shipping from China and the estimated delivery date was completely off.
We bought these to try on for bridesmaids outfits and they never arrived in time. We don't live close together so the one date I bought them for they didn't come in time, so I decided I'd return them and started to process the return. They reply to my request by saying they want me to ship it back to the US, to do so will cost me more to post than the dresses cost. No where on their site does it talk about this, to even return something you have to email and hope someone replies. And they obviously know it's an actual scam because they offer you half the money back if you take the new dresses with tags on to a charity shop and donate them, and share evidence. It's the most bizarre thing I've heard?
Would avoid at all costs.
