Took me two tries
Took me two tries, and is still not in my account, but was approved on second try. I think my scan was incorrect page from another matter. But, currently happy and will now place my Airfare with American Airlines in my virtual wallet for next trip, same hotel same airline etc. Just after this critical hospital emergency. TY

The refund terms are extremely deceptive
The refund terms are extremely misleading. I got sick with food poisoning before my concert, and they refused to refund the tickets because I didn't have a doctor's note, even though my illness didn't require a doctor's visit. I would not recommend buying ticket insurance from this group. On their website, they insist that "no stress, no hassle---just peace of mind." I wouldn't have bought the ticket insurance, I would've just attempted to sell my tickets in advance, if it was stated anywhere while buying that I was required to provide a doctor's note, because why would I pay for a doctor's appointment for food poisoning to get my tickets refunded. If you look at many of the company’s positive reviews on here, you’ll see that they’re 5 stars, extremely short, and say “invited,” likely because they’re fake reviews the company is using to boost their scores and deceive consumers. Do not trust this company.

Like that the refund is approved quickly. Did not like that the upload button would not accept a .jpg file that was transferred from the phone to the computer. We had to put the .jpg file in photoshop and then save it again (as a .jpg) for the upload to accept it. Also don't like having to give the bank info. A credit card or PayPal would be good.
