I had nothing but problems with Prune…
I had nothing but problems with Prune and Wild. I ordered three T-shirts and had only one delivered. They tried to tell me that the entire order had been delivered, and I had to contact them several times to deal with the issue. And every time, they would tell me to check my front door as though I wouldn’t see something sitting at my front door if it had been delivered. They finally agreed to send me the two T-shirts that I never received. That was several weeks ago and I’m still waiting… So I’m out $100 for my troubles. I will never order from this company again.

We’re very sorry to see this review, as it does not fairly reflect either the circumstances of the delivery or the considerable efforts our customer service team has made to resolve this for you.
Your order was shipped in separate packages. The courier recorded the package containing the other two T-shirts as delivered on August 28 and provided tracking and photographic proof of delivery. When you told us you could not locate it, our team asked you to check the usual safe locations and with neighbours — a standard first step when a courier has marked a parcel as delivered. We did not repeatedly dismiss your concerns or simply tell you to “check your front door.”
You subsequently explained to us that your apartment building has an identical neighbouring building and that you believed the courier may have delivered the parcel there by mistake. Despite the courier recording the package as successfully delivered, we offered to replace both T-shirts at our own expense. You accepted that offer, and two replacement shirts were sent.
We are therefore extremely disappointed to read that this is being presented as though you paid for three shirts, received one, and Prune & Wild simply left you $100 out of pocket. We have remained responsive throughout and have already produced and shipped two additional shirts at our own expense in an effort to resolve a delivery problem outside our direct control.
We understand that you are now saying the replacement shipment has also not reached you. If that is the case, please contact info@pruneandwild.com. We remain willing to send the two T-shirts again and will work with you to find a safer delivery solution, particularly given the issues you have described with deliveries to your apartment building.
We would also appreciate the review being updated to reflect the full sequence of events and the assistance our team has provided. We are more than happy to continue helping you, but we do feel it is important that our customer service team is represented fairly. We are not responsible for nor do we have any control in whether last mile couriers are able to successfully deliver packages to your apartment, we use the same national courier services as everyone else.

I had a small issue with the long sleeve frog shirt I ordered - it was very long, but loved the cotton and the design. They were right on it and made it right. Their customer service was wonderful. Their t shirts are very well made and so much worth the purchase. Quality is A1! And so is the customer service.

These T-shirts are excellent quality with stunning prints that look even better in person. The customer service team was super helpful when my delivery went missing, and they promptly sent replacements with no problems. I will be purchasing sweatshirts for Fall!

Amazing all around
I love the shirts from Prune & Wild. The quality is amazing. The shirts always arrive perfectly, so I’ve never had to contact customer service. However, I recently received a discount code and had trouble applying it at check out. I emailed customer service and not only were they so quick to respond, they offered a solution that worked like a charm. Now I can honestly say their customer service is just as amazing as their shirts.
