The reason why I send multiple messages is that you send the same messages!!!!! Stop been automated and contact me on a manner that I would like!!! For god sake your company is pathetic and useless!!! You have no customer service or empathy!! If I choose to I will send multiple tickets!! Worse company ever, will not recommend ever!! Let’s see if they honour my refund as well as my shipping fee refund that I am still waiting on!!! I’ve bern trying to solve my lost order since beginning of AUGUST and one minute say it’s been returned to company not delivered!! Or. Now it’s lost which is it!!!

My friend is getting married so I ordered a dress with his fiancee face on it. It has past 3 days of when it was supposed to be delivered and is now completely useless as I was meant to take it away with me. So if and when it does get delivered it will be a complete waste of time & money ( thankfully I haven't lost too much money on it) as I wont be there personally to collect it and it will be too late. I did inquire where my package was before and they responded with in my opinion a half hearted oh well response. Not happy and I wouldn't recommend printerval, find another company with more guaranteed delivery options.

Shocking don't bother with them!! Ordered and tried to cancel within half hour only for them to tell me the product was made and shipped and sorry for late postage!! And then had another mail saying all 3 orders from last year can not be canceled? Thatwas not what I asked! Anything to get out of a refund ad they blocked me from emailing them and from the site!! Don't touch them with a barge pole! Sham products

Don't use this company they're terribly mean. I ordered two T-shirts and they were obviously defective. I kindly requested it be redone and they instead blamed me for the problem. They have very poor Customer Service. I don't understand why anyone would use them for printing their school products. I will also notify the school. The school should not use this company.

The absolute worse company to do business with. They take months to reply. I would stay away. Go local. Do not order from them. If you’re going to spend $50-$60 just order from a local shop. By the time they respond to your email the return window has closed. Horrible business.

I wrote to them september 3rd and they just replied to be october 14th.

Quick turn around from order date. I rec'd the hoodie in 6 days from ordering. Excellent quality and design.

I can see there are a few negative reviews on this company but I have to say my experience was great. I got downloads of Sunset Beach (a really old series that I can't buy anywhere anymore) - the whole series for under £3 so I was obviously wary about how good it was going to be.

OK yes, there was the odd episode missing but out of 750 odd files its not a huge miss - also, not all the episodes are great quality but then it is nearly 30 years since it was produced so I really can't complain for the price.

I spent years looking for this series - and yes I would have preferred to buy a brand new box set - but as I couldn't get it in the UK this was the best option I could find - and I'm grateful to Pinterval for that.

Everything on the site is an AI picture the products look nothing like what you actually end up getting. I tried to get 3 different whiskey bottles but each time they came back saying they didn't have what I wanted and showed a way worse version but in the same style of what I tried to order. Then I actually ordered a whiskey glass that looked like it had a metal plate attached to it but when I got it, it's just a printed on label that will wash off if I'm not careful. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Only short is useless. if you will not supply jersey then will return short and will ask for the " FUUL REFUND"

Absolute shite, ordered a pair of football shorts for a tournament. They turned uo 2 weeks after the latest delivery date, and was then told I couldn't return them. Rubbish cheap quality anyway, wish id never purchased from this company. BEST AVOIDED CHEAP IMPORTED RUBBISH.

Ordered an advent calendar for my husband, money £32 taken from my bank, but nothing has arrived. Scam website avoid at all costs. 😠 😡

No stars if review option. Product advertised never stated it was only in production. No response to delivery question. USA customer service phone number provided was not in service. Avoid!

Awful company to deal with, I ordered a top which looked absolutely nothing like what was advertised, and was cheap and nasty material, cost me £45 including postage, and they won’t let me return for a refund!!! I’ve sent them photos of how awful it is! Offered me 10% off my next order with them instead!!! There is a Facebook page about this company and their disgruntled customers, whom never seem to get refunds for some absolutely disgraceful goods they have been sent, steer clear!! I sent a further question which they haven’t bothered to reply too, I am totally disgusted with this company falsely advertising products and their lack of customer service skills!

Despite as few early glitches with the information flow and communication, the product arrived safely with its intended wearer. It seemed like good value for what was paid.
