Usually nice pieces but complicated to mount on the wall.
Nice pieces of art and well informed about status of delivery. I have ordered several pieces from Posterlounge but these were the first that I ordered framed. I was disappointed however in the way the hooks on the back were situated. These were not heavy pieces and they did not require two hanging fixtures on either side of the frame. It made the hanging process all the more difficult because of the multiple measuring and not all walls are level so it became very frustrating. Just have one position in the middle of the frame please.

Huge disappointment with quality
I am very disappointed with the quality of the print. It looks no different from a print made with a regular office printer. The paper feels really cheap and smells like chemicals. The biggest disappointment, however, is the frame. The acrylic glass is somewhat matte, which doesn’t look good. It almost looks as if there were a protective film on it. I actually thought it was a protective film and tried to remove it, but it turned out that it’s simply the way it is.
It spoils the whole visual effect for me. This was the first and last time I bought a poster from Posterlounge. I buy posters a couple of times a year, and I know there are companies that deliver posters of much better quality — I’ll stick with them.

Please note that the acrylic glass used for this product is not completely reflection-free, which can affect the overall appearance depending on the light and viewing angle. We use acyrlic glass instead of actual glass for our frames, since it is less prone to damages during transport. We are sorry that this was not what you expected.

I am a big fan of Egon Schiele. The color in your poster is not the same as in Posterlounge. His name is missing from the top of the poster.

We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the poster, especially as a big fan of Egon Schiele. We completely understand how important details like colour accuracy and the artist’s name are.
Regarding the colours: Please note that colours can appear differently in print than on a screen. This is due to different colour systems (RGB on screens and CMYK in print), which can result in slight variations. However, the missing artist name at the top of the poster should of course be checked more closely.
To better understand the issue, we have already contacted you directly with the request to send us a clear photo of the poster you received. This will help us review the matter quickly and find a suitable solution for you.

The poster is as qualitative as advertised. The packing was as safe as it can get for a poster and the delivery went fine. Next time I will plan it 10 days ahead, but there will be a next time.
