Everything was great! Bonus was a beach stuff!

Short stay in York for family get together .
Location of property was excellent , easy walk into town and also to dog walking areas.
Bedrooms were all ensuite and very comfortable, plenty of hot water and water pressure which is a real bonus.
Living area was good, large table for dining and room to relax together .
Kitchen was well equipped.
Three parking spaces but as described in info the two at the rear were pretty tight to get into.
Good info about keys , but no info about bins and recycling that we could find .
All in all very enjoyable

Very pleased with the accommodation. Very well equipped, convenient location and was very good to have car parking.

Location is great and easy parking across the road in the car park. 5 minute walk to the town centre. Flat is comfortable for a short stay, especially the bed.
Some extras left in the fridge like milk and biscuits was nice. Very few downsides that I would ask for more glasses and maybe a drying cloth - we did have both of those items with us.
However that aside I would definitely recommend and Rye itself is a great town with plenty of interesting shops, cafés, bars and restaurants

Great location for visiting South London, with excellent transport links to places further afield. House was spacious and clean, in a quiet neighbourhood.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL, INSENSITIVE and INCOMPETENT team and company, that I have ever experienced in my entire life, to date so far, who cancelled 15 minutes prior to check in on the eve of my wedding.

I booked this property ‘Stylish London flat’ (through Booking.Com) with ‘Pass the Keys Lewisham’ just under 2 weeks before my wedding (30th September 2026, for the date 11th to the 13th October) as I wanted a place where the bridal party could get ready in the morning of the 12th, I informed ‘Pass The Keys’ everything regarding my stay, upon my booking, as I had read the rules and what was allowed and what wasn’t, I informed them the 4 people who would be staying over on the 11th October, as my wedding was on the 12th, and my stay was until the 13th, I messaged ‘Pass the Keys’, that only myself and my husband would be staying over on the 12th, which would of been the final night.

I messaged them on the 12th, to let them know, that I would have a photographer and videographer come to take pictures, as I, the bride would be in the room with the ensuite, and the groom and the best men would get ready in the other bedroom, I also mentioned that as we were having an intimate wedding that, my bridal party which consists of 2 maid of honours, 2 bestmen, 2 flower girls and 2 Paige boys and a few friends and family would drop by, which was a maximum Of up to 20 people which includes the bridal party and us the couple, would come (maybe not at the same time, but to eat and drink and wish us well) as I was getting food prepared outside to be brought on the day, the meal would not include alcohol, but only soft drinks and would finish around 9pm, as it was just going to be a meal and a movie with loved ones. I also offered to give ‘Pass the Keys’ a professional video of us in the house enjoying the meal, so they could use it for social media purposes. I also mentioned, that if they had any problems with my request, that they could get in touch with me, as I would be happy to rebook a different place if necessary.

Over the days and weeks, they sent messages to confirm my booking with no response to my message, I called them, but no response as I wanted to be sure that this would be fine. They continued to confirm my booking numerous times, prior to my potential stay and on the morning of the 11th, I was in the hairdressers the afternoon of my stay and about to give the address of the home, (as we only had the postcode prior to the date). When I received a message in my bank app saying, I was due money back from booking.com, which was the full cost of my stay, my heart sank as I was confused as to why I was getting my money back,
I found out that ‘Pass the Keys’ had cancelled my reservation 15 minutes prior to our check in time, I was devastated, my fiancé was also getting his hair cut and trimmed, he was dumbfounded and devastated, my mum and the best man we’re due to arrive at the property, one from East London, taking public transport!! one from south London in her 60’s, We were left STRANDED, STRANDED, THE DAY BEFORE OUR WEDDING, this property was booked 2 weeks ago, they had ample time read our messages and respond accordingly, to allow us to get back our money in order to book another property if necessary.
ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION REGARDING MY MESSAGE, UNTIL 15 minutes to check in.

DISGUSTING ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, DIABOLICAL, DISRESPECTFUL AND TOTAL DISREGARD for our, welfare, wellbeing and mental health, as our special day was approaching, this horrific experience, negatively impacted the eve of our wedding.creating insurmountable pressure and unnecessary strain, which could’ve easily been avoided, if they did their due diligence in time, they stated 15 minutes before checking in to their property, that it would be unsuitable for us, and that they could no longer accommodate us, I called the company up and they said the owner felt we were going to have a party and the neighbours would not be happy.

My fiancé and I, are professionals who stick to their word, we do not go out of our way to break rules, as we treat people the way we wish to be treated. Hence the reason, we informed this company our intentions on the booking. We did not have the spare funds, energy and time, due to the financial strain of the wedding, to rebook, search and deliberate another property, as this already took a toll on locating, even though we received our money back from booking.com, a few days after and after the wedding. WE DESERVE AND DEMAND COMPENSATION, for everything we had to endure and experience, any woman getting married would understand and feel my pain if this happened on the eve of their wedding day….. WHAT WOULD YOU DO, if this was YOU?????. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND, THIS POORLY, HAPHAZARDLY MANAGED COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!! And I will ensure that everyone Knows my experience. I dust my feet. If I could give a minus I would.

The apartment was great, very clean and had all the facilities needed and was a great location. The communication with Pass The Keys was very good and really helped to get us in the apartment earlier to allow for bag drops. Highly recommend

Beautiful house! Great location and stunning views.

Overall a nice, clean and comfortable flat to stay while visiting London. Very well suited for families with kids or two grown-up groups that need seperate rooms.

It is very well situated between multiple transport points, but is in a very quiet area.

The property was fantastic for a family of 4 and our dog loved the large garden. Great proximity to Caernarfon! Would recommend

The location was perfect – very easy to reach the city centre by bus, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. Having a Tesco just around the corner was another big plus.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, especially in terms of its size and how well-equipped the kitchen was. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hosts had clearly thought of every little detail – even umbrellas! We also really appreciated being able to control the heating ourselves.

We had absolutely everything we needed and honestly can’t think of a single thing to complain about. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Hawkwell Retreat! 🥰 We were a group of 14, and everyone was very comfortable throughout our stay. The accommodation was perfect for our group, with plenty of space for us all to relax, enjoy ourselves and make lovely memories together. Everything was just perfect, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would definitely book again in the future and highly recommend Hawkwell Retreat to anyone looking for a lovely getaway. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! ❤️✨

The process of booking was straightforward and arrival info detailed all we needed to know .Would highly recommend a break in the Harbour Masters House . It’s a lovely house with fantastic views in an unusual setting and you get to go down the Pier as often as you fancy with the house pass !!. Added bonus of friendly staff on the Pier gate who love that the house is being used. All profits from the house go to maintain the pier so you are helping out while you have a great break in Bangor
