I used Parkair247 for the first time for 3 weeks whilst I have been away.
I couldn't fault them. Everything was detailed well beforehand so I knew what to do and when. I had good communication once I had left my vehicle with full images of my car.
On return the car was returned by a very friendly driver and he helped me load my car.
A great service and would definitely use again.

I waited 1 hour for my car to be delivered, It would have been quicker just getting the bus and parking as normal, why send me to the green multistory car park to collect where I have to pay a fee when you could just drop the car at the terminal for the same price, absolutely rubbish service

Parkair247 pricing was competitive. I was doubtful it would provide good service, but wanted to give them a chance. To my surprise, it went perfectly! The directions to the "meet & greet" were a bit tricky, but we made it! Collecting the car on return was simply perfect! I would use this service again!

Once again a seamless service, plenty of contact and instructions telling us exactly where to be. Very friendly and polite staff, would thoroughly recommend them

Drop off was seamless. The only issue was that after phoning to confirm we’d arrived and picked up our luggage we had to wait another 30 minutes for our car to arrive, which isn’t ideal after a long overnight flight…

Fantastic service from Parkair247. We were staying at a hotel near Heathrow before our flight and, because were delayed travelling there, Parkair collected the car at the hotel so we didn't have to drive to T3. On return the car was delivered just as we arrived at the collection point in the car park - no waiting. I would have no hesitation in using Parkair on my next trip.

I am disabled and needed extra help and the agents were very helpful and accommodating both on arrival and departure.

I've only ever used Heathrow official parking, but at double the price I looked at alternatives. Parkair247 had good reviews but I was still nervous! I didn't need to be though - the info & video the day before was very useful & drop off & collection all worked perfectly. I will definitely use them next time!

Staff at meeting point polite and helpful, took the time to ensure everything was correct. Took appropriate photos of vehicle, and returned vehicle to the meeting point promptly. Having used a number of meet and greet operators at various locations over the years, I was impressed with how efficient and smooth everything was handled by Parkair247, would definitely recommend them to others, and would have no hesitation using them again.

We made this booking via the APH website. Process was quick and easy. Arrival and pick up was carried out with minimal delay. Have been using this company for a few years now and would recommend.

Great service. Very good communication from the company and the drivers. Quite hassle free as you drop your car off very close to the terminal; no shuttle buses to wait for or navigate to. Remember to follow directions precisely, as the Heathrow road network is complex. We were contacted when we were in arrivals collecting our luggage. Staff very friendly. Extremely pleased with service and we will use again.

Parkair247 was excellent. We used them for our recent trip to Europe. Both the departure & return was punctual and the staff were very polite. We also opted for a Full Car Valet on their website and the car was spotless in & out. We will definitely recommend and use them again for our next trips!

Excellent service, I have used Parkair on a few occasions, they are very good. Communication is clear, staff are friendly and polite. I made a mistake one year and used another company, we had to wait ages for our car even though we had called ahead, You don’t get this with Parkair, so will be using again definitely.

They are the only ones I use now. Consistently excellent and a class apart. Must have used them 5 times now and always good communication, efficient and car delivered back in timely fashion. Great !
