I returned my purchase and have not been refunded. I love all the other bags I have purchased.

Everything from communication to packaging of the handbag was perfectly done. The handbag is gorgeous anyway and the leather quality superb but the way it arrived, beautifully boxed and packed so well, is indicative of the quality of this company. I was extremely impressed and look forward to picking up another item in the near future.

Your bags are great quality. They are well made and priced reasonably.

Amazing bag

Excellent quality, design, color and leather texture. Love it Love it Love it!! I most definitely recommend to all friends and family. Myself ordering another color as well ;)

The handbag I received very promptly is of exceptional quality suede. I love it! Warm brown shade is uniform throughout and will most assuredly go with all my fall clothing. It is refined, yet modern and I received a special message of thanks for having purchased it. Parisa Wang has outstanding handbags at a most reasonable price. Many thanks.

My first order was cancelled. I had to wait 11 days till I contacted you to learn that. AND because of that I lost my first time buyer 10% discount, not very nice of you. Quality is excellent however

Paid for expedited shipping, missed my trip, and struggled to get help

I paid $34 for “FedEx/UPS Expedited (2–4 days)” because I needed this bag as a gift before traveling. I ordered on September 10, but it wasn’t delivered until September 18—one day after my flight. The delivery timing shown at checkout led me to choose this paid option, and the bag arrived too late for its intended purpose.

Getting help has been equally frustrating. I tried contacting support through the website’s contact form, but I haven’t seen a response. It has been difficult to reach a real person, and I keep being directed to email.

Now the return portal shows my bag is returnable until October 18, but the “I agree” checkbox won’t respond, leaving me unable to submit the return. I’m still traveling and have had to arrange for someone else to help return it.

For a bag at this price, I expected clearer delivery information, responsive customer service, and a working return process. This has been a very disappointing experience. Just Frustrating!!!

I ordered the small Madison and right when it came I ordered the medium, paying extra for two day delivery, it took over a week to reach me and it was a day after the return window for the first bag closed AND what came was another small. I emailed right away and no one ever answered. I will think twice before ever ordering from you again.

Free Shipping takes with in the USA about 2 weeks by the time it goes to California and then to the local shipping company chosen by Parisa . I like the Swede bag better than the leather because is less heavy Custoner service is excellent

I love Parisa Wang bags! This Beautiful soft Burgundy Suede Bag is my 5th bag from Parisa Wang. I think the Suede is the softest and best quality Suede I have personally found. I love the thoughtful design of Her bags. All of my bags are designed well I purchased one of her bags in that delicious chocolate leather… the quality of Her bags is exceptional. I would say the way Her bags are designed, they’re user friendly, you can dress them up or down and I personally love carrying them all! I have never had a problem with any of my bags. Shipping is always fast, and items are always packed with care! You’ll love this bag or any you choose. You won’t be disappointed in Parisa Wang Handbags!

Beautiful handbags, substantial packaging, elegant designs w little visible branding, nice leather. Appreciate the choices in sizes. I’d love for you to put a small magnet in the internal slip pocket to keep it from gapping outward. I now own three PW handbags and have my eyes on another for the future.
