I had issues with my reservation. The resort charged me fees after leaving ($1100 fee) and Ms. Kino Williams with Monster got my money funded to me the next day. I thank God the didn’t auto side with the resort over the customers.

The rep Matthew Butindaro was very helpful in exploring options.

The representative Onaje Davis was friendly, upbeat and professional. Most of all he was honest about the process when booking trips. Thank you for your great service. Mary S.

Daniel gave me great customer service. He spent almost 2 hours on the phone with me, to find the best deals.

The customer service representative Ann was very helpful in processing my request and directing me in the area of a refund . And answered all my questions that I had . Extremely helpful. We need more customer service reps like Ann .
